Liposuction

Liposuction is a procedure designed to remove excess localised fat in one or more areas of the body. It slims and improves body contours and proportions in the following areas: thighs, hips and buttocks, abdomen and waist, upper arms, back, inner knee, chest, chin and neck, calves and ankles.

Liposuction is performed through small inconspicuous incisions. A sterile liquid solution is infused, and fat is suctioned through a thin tube attached to a surgical vacuum. The procedure is typically performed under general anaesthesia and associated with a very high degree of patient satisfaction. With a healthy diet and general fitness, the loss of excess fatty tissue should remain

Liposuction

The best candidates for liposuction are patients with localised fat deposits that have not responded to diet and exercise. Generally, patients are between 30 and 70 years old with some skin elasticity. It is important to be in good overall health, have stable weight levels, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
