Patient confidentiality

We place the highest priority on patient confidentiality, recognising there are added sensitivities for patients receiving cosmetic surgery. All personal and health-related information is securely protected. The office and staff are discrete and patient lounges are shielded for privacy.

Data security

Any information sent via the web inquiry or preliminary online consultation forms is secure and treated in the strictest confidence. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted electronically. If you have concerns regarding this possible breach of privacy, please contact us by alternative means.

Medical records

All medical records of patients are retained in order to ensure the highest possible degree of medical follow-up, advice and treatment. All digital information is encrypted and stored in secure data systems and cannot be accessed from outside the practice. Medical files are accessible only to Dr Sorensen and members of his medical staff.
